Process & Execution
The design process began with an understanding of the apartment’s proximity to the sea and how best to capitalize on its views. Natural materials were chosen to enhance the coastal atmosphere, with bamboo used for decorative accents and partitions, wood to add warmth, and pressed cement for durability and modern aesthetics. The color palette was kept neutral, with white dominating to provide a canvas for natural light to reflect throughout the space. Clean lines and open layouts were prioritized to maintain a sense of spaciousness and ensure that the focus remains on the view outside. Special attention was paid to the textures of the materials, with each surface designed to be both functional and pleasing to the touch. The result is a space that balances modern design with natural elements, offering a stylish yet relaxed living environment that reflects the tranquility of Loutraki’s coastal landscape.
